1. About OneKampung

OneKampung is an online directory that helps people in Singapore discover and connect with home-based businesses. We provide a space for business owners to list their businesses and products, and for visitors to browse, search, review, and contact them. OneKampung is a directory and listing platform only — we are not a party to any transaction, agreement, or communication between a business and a customer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or list a business. By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts & verification

• You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential, and for all activity under your account.
• We may require you to verify your email address before you can submit a listing, product, or review.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
• You may not impersonate another person or business, or create an account on behalf of someone else without permission.

4. Business listings & content

When you submit a listing, product, story, review, or any other content ("Content"), you confirm that:

• You own the Content or have the right to publish it, including any photos and trademarks;
• The Content is accurate and not misleading;
• Your business complies with all applicable Singapore laws, licences, and regulations relevant to home-based businesses (including any food, health, or safety requirements that apply to you);
• The Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Listings and certain other Content are reviewed before they go live, and may be approved, rejected, edited, or removed at our discretion. Approval does not mean we endorse or guarantee a business.

5. Prohibited content & conduct

You agree not to post Content or use the Platform in a way that:

• Is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or harassing;
• Promotes illegal goods or services, or anything you are not licensed to sell;
• Contains spam, malware, or attempts to interfere with the Platform's operation or security;
• Collects other users' data without consent, or misuses contact details provided for legitimate enquiries.

6. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not be abusive, fake, or incentivised. We use automated and manual moderation, and may hold, edit, or remove reviews that breach these Terms. Business owners may respond to reviews of their own listing. We do not remove reviews simply because a business disagrees with them.

7. Plans & payments

OneKampung offers a free listing tier, and paid plans that unlock additional features. Where a paid plan applies, its price, billing cycle (monthly or yearly), and features are shown before you subscribe, and fees are charged in Singapore dollars. By subscribing, you authorise us — through our third-party payment processor — to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method. We do not store your full card details; payments are handled by the payment processor.

Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We'll send you a reminder before your renewal date so you're never caught off guard — and cancelling anytime is easy, right from your account settings.

Cancellation. You may cancel a paid plan at any time from your member dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period: your plan and its premium features remain active until then, and you will not be charged again afterwards. Except under the money-back guarantee below, we do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

10-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of the plan fee within 10 days of starting a new paid subscription by contacting us at the email address on our Contact Us page. This guarantee applies to your first payment for a new plan and covers the plan fee only. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. We may decline repeated or bad-faith refund requests. Once a refund is issued, the related premium features end and the listing reverts to the free tier.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, a reminder email will be sent to you for you to update your payment details within 3 working days. If payment is still not received, the listing's premium features are suspended and the listing reverts to the free tier. Your listing and its content are not deleted — you can restore premium features at any time by resubscribing.

Product listings on a lower plan. If your plan changes to one that includes fewer product slots than the products you have, the products above the new limit are paused — hidden from the directory but fully kept, including their photos, prices and reviews. Nothing is deleted. You choose which products stay live from your member dashboard, and you can change that choice at any time. Upgrading your plan restores all paused products automatically.

We may change our plans or prices from time to time. Any change to your plan's price takes effect from your next billing cycle, and the current price is always shown before you subscribe or renew. Changes will not affect a period you have already paid for.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its design, logos, and software, belongs to OneKampung and its licensors. You keep ownership of the Content you submit, but you grant OneKampung a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and promote that Content for the purpose of operating and marketing the Platform (for example, featuring a listing on social media).

9. Third-party links & services

Listings may include links to third-party websites and social media. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party. Any dealings you have with a business found through OneKampung are solely between you and that business.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete, lawful, or that any business will meet your expectations. We do not vet the quality, safety, or legality of the goods and services offered by listed businesses. You use the Platform and engage with businesses at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneKampung will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of the Platform or from any transaction or dispute between you and a business. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or any Content if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Platform and its users. You may stop using the Platform and request deletion of your account at any time.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
